Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Money Movement Experiences in Menlo Park, CA. You will define the long-term vision and own end-to-end experiences moving money across mobile and web, partnering with design, engineering, legal, and operations to ensure compliant, delightful user journeys.

You will lead zero-to-one initiatives, sweat the details—from copy and motion to state management—and strive for fast, frictionless transfers that build trust and satisfaction among customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally mobile-first.
• Proven collaboration with design from concept to launch with high craft standards.
• Experience in fintech/payments or regulated consumer space is a plus.
• Strong technical empathy and partnership with engineering to resolve tradeoffs.
• Experience using user research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and roadmap for money movement customer experience.
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Partner with design to shape work and maintain craft.
• Improve funnel conversion, transaction success, and customer satisfaction by identifying friction and using data.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deliver reliable, fast customer-facing experiences.
• Work with compliance, legal, and fraud to ensure regulatory requirements while maintaining user experience.
