Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager for AV capabilities to shape and execute the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for autonomy capabilities and the platform for GM's next generation AV products. You will collaborate with Embodied AI, Systems Engineering, Consumer and platform partners to translate strategy into capability outcomes and ensure delivery at scale with quality and pace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience with technical product management and lifecycle from concept to introduction.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent presentation abilities to drive a concrete vision and rally the team.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for AV capabilities and the underlying autonomy platform.
• Communicate roadmaps and decisions clearly across stakeholders and executives.
• Synthesize technical insights into PRDs and requirements for engineers and partners.
• Lead executives and key partners through sophisticated decisions to drive progress.
• Define goals and roadmap with Engineering, Program Management, Data Science and more.
