Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, including cloud data and data infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Proven ability to balance tradeoffs between user needs and expectations, technical requirements and constraints and business objectives.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing, with the ability to effectively balance and integrate vision, strategy, and technical details in a cohesive narrative.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and priorities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and manage product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Create and maintain product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
• Work with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive interfaces.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure product success.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts.
• Conduct post-launch analyses and iterate based on feedback.
• Continuously iterate based on market trends and business goals.
