Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or closely related experience from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Experience defining product vision and multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of advanced driver‑assistance and automated‑driving systems or complex hardware‑software systems.
• Ability to reason about vehicle compute, sensing, software, HMI, and operational constraints.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across engineering, systems, design, safety, quality, program management, marketing, and business functions.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from customer research, simulator/track studies, fleet or telemetry data, quality data, and business analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AV features across vehicle programs and markets.
• Translate insights, telemetry, and business objectives into PRDs, capabilities, and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/HMI, safety, quality, and vehicle teams to define intuitive customer experiences.
• Lead cross‑functional planning and execution for feature launches, software releases, and in‑market iterations.
• Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, engagement, trust, quality, and safety.
• Identify cross‑product dependencies and drive mitigation or course correction.
