Job summary

Coursera is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape the product vision, deliver exceptional learner and partner experiences, and drive measurable business impact. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, guiding cross-functional teams through ambiguity in a fast-moving, AI-driven education landscape.

You will own defined roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data, and translate customer insights into scalable solutions for learners worldwide.

Qualifications

• You have experience building AI-driven products, especially in workflow automation, conversational AI, decision support, or agentic AI.
• You have taken a product from zero to launch in an unclear environment, defining the problem, building confidence, and shipping.
• You maintain a high bar across your contributions and the products you work on.
• You're deeply curious about customers and comfortable turning insights into product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As Staff Product Manager, you will define and drive product strategy and own the roadmap for a high-priority area of the Coursera platform.
• Own end-to-end content creation experiences for Udemy & Coursera, from authorship to AI-assisted adaptation for learners.
• Make independent product calls in fast-moving environments, communicating clearly to bring partners along.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into scalable, integrated solutions for millions of users.
• Lead execution from ideation to launch, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered features and experiences.
• Leverage data and feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve.
• Mentor peers and contribute to building a high-performing product organization.
