Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience leading the development and launch of technology products.
• Experience building and launching AI-powered products where LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, or automation were central to the customer experience.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 product initiatives from concept validation through commercial launch.
• Experience owning product strategy and execution in highly ambiguous, emerging, or rapidly evolving technology areas.
• Experience developing experimentation frameworks, evaluation methodologies, quality metrics, or performance measurement systems for AI-powered products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for AI-powered products and platform capabilities.
• Lead high-priority AI initiatives from concept through launch and scale, coordinating with multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve learner discovery, skill-building, and learning experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal, and GTM teams to deliver responsible AI solutions.
• Define success metrics, experimentation frameworks, and evaluation methodologies for AI quality, learner outcomes, and business impact.
• Advise product and exec leadership on emerging AI technologies and future opportunities.
