Job summary

Coursera is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI to own customer deployments from discovery to value realization. You will work with enterprise clients to translate objectives into clear product and technical requirements and craft a sequenced deployment roadmap with cross-functional partners.

You’ll lead customer discovery, define success criteria, and own governance across Coursera + Udemy teams, ensuring feasible, secure, and scalable deployments while driving measurable business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B product management or related roles with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience shipping complex enterprise products from discovery to adoption.
• Experience with platforms, data, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, or enterprise workflows.
• Strong customer-facing experience with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent product judgment with clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong program and delivery management and ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Technical fluency around enterprise software architecture, data, cloud, security, privacy.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI-assisted or low-code tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Retool).
• Financial/commercial acumen including evaluating business cases and ROI.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Discovery and Product Strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end customer deployment with milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch criteria.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and internal teams to translate workflows into deployable solutions.
• Define business value metrics and capture adoption, ROI, and impact.
• Identify reusable patterns and contribute to scalable playbooks and roadmaps.
