Job summary

Preply is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead and shape complex product challenges in a human-led, AI-enabled learning platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve product vision, set direction, and craft exceptional experiences that ship to a global audience.

You will coach other designers, influence best practices, and help raise the design standards across the organization while maintaining a strong product judgment and an experimental mindset.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interaction and visual craft, with strong product judgment and an experimental mindset.
• Impact beyond your own work through coaching other designers and raising the craft bar.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and strategy with Product and Engineering, guiding priorities and direction.
• Own complex, high-impact projects end-to-end, from vision through to shipped experience.
• Create bold, differentiating experiences with strong interaction and visual craft.
• Multiply impact by mentoring other designers and raising design standards across teams.
