Job summary

Kustomer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the core Platform initiatives, coordinating across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver end-to-end features.

You will translate customer feedback into a cohesive roadmap, focus on AI-driven improvements, and partner with leadership to align with business goals. This role embraces a remote-friendly environment and fast-paced growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, building platform products for multiple users.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI and leveraging AI in daily work.
• Able to navigate ambiguous problems and define clear solutions.
• Strong customer-centric design and concise communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product strategy and roadmap for core Platform features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Incorporate customer insights and market trends to inform decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Communicate priorities and progress with senior leadership.
