Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape the next generation of AI-powered learning experiences. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of product strategy, learning design, data, AI technology, and user experience, guiding discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-enabled features.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, learning science, content, QA, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into trusted product

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management for digital or SaaS products.
• Experience shipping products from discovery to post-launch.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools in product work.
• Understanding of LLM-based products incl. prompts and retrieval augmented generation.
• Strong product judgment balancing user value, feasibility, safety.
• Strong analytical skills using product data and user research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, data, QA, content, learning science, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-powered learning experience roadmap and metrics.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve outcomes and engagement.
• Deliver end-to-end AI-enabled features from discovery to launch.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and communication.
• Define and evaluate AI-powered learning experiences with safety and trust.
• Monitor performance with analytics and experiments for continuous improvement.
• Ensure features meet privacy, security, accessibility, and integrity standards.
