Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior staff-level product leader to drive AI platform initiatives, owning end-to-end pipelines, agents, and developer tooling. You will collaborate with engineering leaders, security, and architects to ship practical platform capabilities at scale.

Remote-friendly role in the US with leadership responsibility across distributed teams, measured by production impact, time-to-first-production for agents/services, and backlog velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical leadership at Staff IC level.
• Hands-on LLM/agent building experience with MCP and tool calling.
• Track record delivering platforms developers choose to use.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, cloud runtime trade-offs, and internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering and SREs across deployment pipelines and agents.
• Partner with engineering leaders, architects, and security to Found this function.
