Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Staff Product Manager for the AI Developer Platform. You will own the platform enabling CI/CD, dependencies, and the developer portal across JLL engineering, delivering production-ready agents and MCP servers.

You will work closely with engineers, security, and architecture leaders, leading a team of engineers and SREs in a fast-paced, AI-native environment that favors shipping working code over lengthy planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform, infra, or developer-tools products.
• Hands-on LLM and agent building you personally do.
• Track record of creating platforms developers actually choose to use.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer platform for CI/CD, developer portal, and tooling across all apps and services.
• Lead a dedicated team of engineers and SREs; partner with security and architects.
• Define and improve pipelines, observability, and governance by default.
