Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Product Leader for the AI Platform to shape scalable, developer-focused platform capabilities. You will own the end-to-end delivery of deployment pipelines for apps and services, especially agents, MCP, and tool calling, and collaborate with engineering leaders and security to align with business goals.

The position is remote, with multiple U.S. locations referenced; note that visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform/infrastructure or developer-tooling products at Staff IC level.
Hands-on experience building LLM agents and MCP tooling that you personally develop.
Track record of creating platforms developers actively choose to use.

Responsibilities

Lead automation pipelines for all platform apps and services, focusing on MCP servers and agent governance.
Partner with engineering leaders, architects, and security to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
Drive observability, cost attribution, and governance into pipelines to ensure compliance and performance.
Manage a team of engineers and SREs, writing specs and prototypes while guiding delivery.
Measure success by production agents and reduction in time to deploy.
