Job summary

JLL seeks a senior product leader to own the AI Platform, directing engineers and SREs across deployment pipelines, with a focus on agents and platform governance. You will collaborate with architecture and security, shaping a scalable, AI-native platform that speeds delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep experience in developer tooling, and a track record of shipping usable internal platforms at scale.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products, at the Staff IC level.
Hands-on LLM and agent building (agents, MCP, tool calling) that you personally do.
A track record of creating platforms developers actually chose to use.

Responsibilities

Build automated create, UAT, and production pipelines for every app and service on the platform, with the deepest investment in MCP servers and agents.
Ensure observability and governance are included by default.
Keep every team current as packages, services, and skills change, without extra work on their end.
Stay close to the teams building on the platform to identify bottlenecks and turn them into platform capabilities.
After a team's first deploy, provide tracing, evals, and cost attribution by default and bake governance into the pipeline.
