Job summary

TLDR, a fully remote tech newsletter company, seeks an experienced AI product engineer to own agent development and platform capabilities across teams. You will design, implement, evaluate, and roll out agents with measurable impact on workflows, partnering with the Applied AI PM and stakeholders across sales, editorial, and people ops.

You will ship end-to-end, write evals and specs, and drive product decisions in a fast-moving, bootstrapped, profitable environment with unlimited token budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building products and systems with LLMs.
• At least one agent taken to production and owned.
• Fluent coding with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Own the build out of new agents, skills, and platform capability for teams across TLDR.
• Build and deploy agents end to end from design through rollout to internal users.
• Write the evals and specs that define good, with measurable workflow quality.
