Job summary

TLDR is seeking a senior product engineer to advance our Applied AI program. You will own the buildout of agents, implement end-to-end deployment, and write evals and specs to quantify success as model capabilities improve.

• 5+ years experience in building products and systems with LLMs, with at least one agent in production.
• Fluent coding with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Ability to write evals and define what good looks like in measurable terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the build out of new agents, skills, and platform capability across TLDR.
• Build and deploy agents end to end from design to rollout for internal users.
• Write evals and specs that define success metrics and quality.
• Partner with the Applied AI PM and make independent product calls.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue ops, editorial, and people ops on LLM placement.
