Job summary

Runbook in San Francisco is seeking a product leader to drive the deployment of AI agents in real-world operations. You will work with Customer Operations and engineering to ship agents that deliver measurable value, and you’ll help customers transform workflows with AI across fleets and facilities.

You will also partner with the founders and the platform team to shape the roadmap, balance customer needs with technical feasibility, and ensure deployments scale effectively in enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience for technical products.
• Ability to scope and ship initiatives end-to-end.
• Structured problem solver with risk assessment in live environments.
• Clear communication across multiple levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: partner with customers to map workflows and constraints.
• Agent design: translate operations into scalable agent configurations.
