Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Product Leader for the AI Platform to own the developer platform across CI/CD, MCP servers, and agents. You will lead a team of engineers and SREs, partnering with architects and security to ship platform capabilities at scale.

You will define strategy, governance, and roadmaps, ensuring fast, reliable deployments while measuring time-to-first-production agent and backlog progress. Remote-ready role across major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or leadership on platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products.
• Hands-on LLM and agent building that you personally do.
• Track record of creating platforms developers actually chose to use.
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud runtime trade-offs, and internal engineering tooling (GitHub Actions at scale, dependency management, developer portals).
• Experience in a large, distributed, global company.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer platform for CI/CD, dependency upgrades, and developer portal.
• Build automated create, UAT, and production pipelines for every app and service on the platform.
• Stay close to teams building on the platform, especially agents, and turn pain points into platform capabilities.
• Lead a dedicated team of engineers and SREs; define specs, prototypes, and governance.
• Measure success: production agents, time-to-first-production, and backlog velocity.
