Job summary

ClickUp is seeking an Engineering Manager - Developer Productivity to lead a high-impact team focused on improving developer workflows and elevating the engineering experience. You will drive scalable tooling, CI/CD improvements, and AI-enabled processes across engineering squads.

You will coach engineers on AI fluency, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and partner with product and design to align priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of developer tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience coaching AI fluency and building AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities
