ServiceUp is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to own a core platform area—repair shop workflows, fleets, and FMCs—driving strategy, roadmap, and close collaboration with engineering and design. You’ll embed AI agents into product areas, translate operational reality into products that reduce turnaround time and cost, and elevate product craft across the team.

You’ll operate with minimal playbooks, making sharp tradeoffs, and influencing beyond your scope while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience across multiple product areas or foundational platforms.
• Proven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue forecasting and P&L thinking.
• Systems thinking with attention to second-order effects.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution without handing off details.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a cross-functional problem space or foundational platform area that shapes outcomes across surfaces.
• Drive strategic alignment across product areas and unblock work through key decisions.
• Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support, and partner feedback across scope.
• Prototype cross-cutting workflows and test ideas to improve credibility.
• Build AI workflows and patterns for the team to adopt.
• Contribute to how we run discovery, define quality, and measure success.
• Prioritize ruthlessly in a lean pod with a wide surface area.
• Mentor Junior PMs and raise the floor of the function.
