Job summary

ServiceUp is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own a core surface of the platform that coordinates repair shops, fleets, and FMCs. You will set strategy, define the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship initiatives, including embedded AI agents across product areas.

You will synthesize customer feedback, data, and partner input to reduce turnaround time and costs, while mentoring junior PMs and driving high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management across multiple areas.
• Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue forecasting.
• Systems thinker with awareness of second-order effects.
• Hold strategy and execution simultaneously, even as scope grows.
• Strong data instincts with ability to define and track metrics.
• Experience with AI tooling and scaling coverage.
• Create artifacts to accelerate alignment using AI (PRDs, user flows, release notes).
• Prototype with AI coding tools independently of design/engineering.
