Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Marketing Pro to own outcomes across multiple domains such as email, SMS, onboarding, and attribution. You will work with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams, reporting to a Group PM for Marketing Pro.

You will translate business objectives into a tightly prioritized roadmap, define metrics, run betas, and validate concepts with customers, driving measurable ROI for our users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience across multiple domains with martech overlap.
• Proven track record building/shipping products in fast-paced env.
• Strong ownership from strategy to measured outcomes with data-driven decisions.
• Fluency using AI in workflow; ability to leverage AI to improve the product.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable presenting to customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes across multiple Marketing Pro domains and reprioritize focus as needed.
• Translate objectives and signals into a tightly prioritized roadmap with clear metrics.
• Define adoption, activation speed, and revenue attribution metrics to prove impact.
• Run betas and phased rollouts; let results decide what scales and what to cut.
• Engage users to identify opportunities and validate concepts; represent Marketing Pro in customer conversations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn strategy into shipped product; align sales and support on rollout.
