Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Data & AI Platform to own the underpinning algorithmic systems that inform what gets prioritized, surfaced, and trusted across our product family.

The role is a senior, individual contributor position requiring fluency in statistics and a track record in enterprise B2B SaaS. You’ll translate ambiguous statistical problems into actionable product requirements and collaborate with ML/engineering to evaluate tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience with ranking/recommendation systems, entity resolution, or causal inference is a plus.
• Ability to translate statistically-driven problems into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for algorithmic systems (ranking, deduplication, causal inference) based on domain needs.
• Translate customer pain into statistically rigorous product requirements.
• Co-author PRDs for ambiguous problems and define evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with ML and engineering to evaluate model tradeoffs and advocate for the best product choice.
• Set measurable multi-quarter goals for algorithmic health and lead cross-functional teams.
• Lead discovery with domain teams and customers to identify where errors cost time or trust.
• Address disagreements over methodology and ownership to keep multiple teams aligned.
