Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Communications Intelligence to own the end-to-end product vision and execution for data, reporting, and AI-powered insights across its Communications & Contact Center portfolio.

You will work deeply with communication data models, metrics, dashboards, and API contracts, shaping a reusable data foundation that enables reporting, workforce intelligence, and AI capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Lead data-focused product for communication data, reporting, and APIs.
• Define metrics and multi-quarter objectives for data accuracy and API adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI to deliver scalable data products.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision and roadmap for communication data and insights across the product line.
• Define canonical cross-channel data model and data quality standards.
• Prioritize internal APIs and reporting pipelines feeding Snowflake and AI systems.
• Partner with engineering, data, and AI to resolve dependencies and drive execution.
