Job summary

Clari + Salesloft is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the AI platform roadmap and drive end-to-end delivery from ideation to launch and retention. You will work with customers and internal teams to translate needs into scalable, AI-powered features that improve pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM to align strategy, manage stakeholders, and articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences while building

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong AI experience - agents, context, memory, agent frameworks.
• Ability to market and explain complex AI solutions to customers and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including users, customers, partners, and analysts.
• In-depth understanding of data integration and API complexities, data flow across ecosystems.
• Experience with CRM systems and the surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred.
• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities and anticipate risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with leaders across functions to refine strategy and improve processes.
