Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Operations to partner with Marketing on strategy, operations, and spend. You’ll drive funnel performance, ROI modeling, and planning, translating ambiguity into a clear plan and executing it with the team.

On the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you’ll own reporting, forecasting, and dashboards, build cross-source datasets, and push AI-enabled automation to unlock time for higher‑value analysis.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in high-growth tech or management consulting.
• Experience running quantitative analyses and leveraging AI tools to report insights.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day metrics, business reviews, readouts, and program management.
• Build SQL/Tableau datasets and dashboards for leadership visibility into Marketing health.
• Lead high-impact projects from identification through recommendations and execution.
• Automate recurring reporting with AI and create reusable tools for the team.
• Document processes and onboard peers on the work you own.
