You will work with multiple teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance while enabling scalable growth across global ads operations.

The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and a track record of delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, trust & safety, or related domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, policy, legal, operations and sales.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with automation, ML/AI-assisted workflows, and risk-based decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Integrity and Trust Safety.
• Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in product decisions.
• Align with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing to deliver durable solutions.
• Translate pain points and risk into clear requirements, metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation and enforcement consistency across scaling systems.
