Reddit is seeking a Staff Threat Analyst to own advertiser fraud detection and enforcement within Safety. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate investigations into scalable defenses and automated pipelines.

Join a team shaping threat response frameworks from scratch, with end-to-end ownership of strategy, tooling, and playbooks across Ads and Safety. This role offers remote-friendly options within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in threat intelligence, ad tech safety, trust & safety investigations, or platform integrity.
• Experience building threat response frameworks in ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and big data environments for complex analyses.
• Experience using AI/LLMs as investigative copilots with ML teams.
• Deep expertise in digital ad ecosystems, ad serving infra, and fraud archetypes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a multi-quarter vision for advertiser fraud detection and enforcement.
• Conduct deep-dives into complex fraud networks and map cluster infrastructure.
• Translate findings into high-precision detection logic, risk scores, and pipelines.
• Design and standardize playbooks, escalation frameworks, and QA processes.
