Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the strategy for Ads Trust & Safety, architecting scalable systems across ad review, advertiser trust, fraud prevention, and platform safeguards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and Reddit Consumer teams to translate complex integrity challenges into a clear product direction while balancing safety, quality, and advertiser success.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in cross-functional domains.
Deep experience in digital advertising, advertiser workflows, policy, trust and safety, or platform integrity.
Advanced systems thinking across product, policy, data, and architecture.
Hands-on automation and AI-assisted workflows experience.
Ability to lead ambiguous spaces from strategy to execution with data-driven trade-offs.
Elite cross-functional influence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Integrity (ad review, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, platform quality).
Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, business impact, and regulatory considerations in decisions.
Lead alignment with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing and other teams.
Translate advertiser pain points and integrity risks into clear requirements, metrics and outcomes.
Identify opportunities to enhance automation, improve decision quality, and enforce consistency in scaling systems.
