Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in cross-functional roles.
Deep experience in digital advertising, advertiser workflows, or platform integrity.
Strong systems thinking across UX, policy, data pipelines, and architecture.
Experience with automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Integrity, including ad review, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform quality.
Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, business impact, and regulatory considerations in decisions.
Lead alignment with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, and broader product teams.
Translate advertiser pain points, integrity risks, and bottlenecks into clear requirements, measurable metrics, and business outcomes.
Identify high-leverage opportunities to enhance automation, improve decision quality, and drive enforcement consistency across early and scaling systems.
