Job summary
Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Ads Trust & Safety, guiding the vision for ad review, advertiser trust, and platform integrity across a global business. - 6+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in ads trust, safety, fraud prevention, or policy workflows preferred.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Integrity, including ad review and trust.
- Balance advertiser experience, user safety, and regulatory considerations in product decisions.
- Lead alignment with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Sales, and other teams to deliver durable solutions.
- Translate advertiser pain points and integrity risks into actionable requirements and metrics.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve decision quality and enforcement.
