Job summary
Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Ads Monetization organization.
You will own a portfolio of lower funnel ad formats and browser/post-click optimizations, guiding roadmaps and collaborating with design, data science, and marketing to achieve outcomes for advertisers and Reddit users. You will drive strategy, partner across product teams, and contribute to foundational investments in format signals while shaping opportunities with consumer product teams to evolve ad
Qualifications
- 6+ years of direct experience as a product manager leading Ads monetization product.
- Experience shipping products from inception to launch.
- Direct experience shipping improvements on Ads Formats, Browser or ad optimization.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy & execution for lower funnel formats and browser/post-click optimizations.
- Collaborate with Ads PMs to understand dependencies and prioritize work.
- Work with UX Design/Research to develop Reddit-unique ad experiences and drive launches.
- Partner with product marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and manage launches.
- Support ongoing improvements to existing ad formats to optimize user experiences and advertiser outcomes.
