Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Ads monetization initiatives and drive the roadmap for advertising formats on the platform.

You will collaborate with Formats engineering, UX Design, Data Science, and Product Marketing to shape roadmaps that optimize outcomes for advertisers, users, and Reddit’s business. You will also work with Consumer Product teams to explore opportunities for collaboration and adapt ad formats to evolving consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct experience as a product manager leading Ads monetization product.
• Experience driving products or features from inception to launch.
• Solid experience building product roadmaps, defining product specs, and developing process to allow cross-functional teams to work collaboratively.
• Exceptional analytical skills and have experience driving products & business decisions that involve quantitative analysis and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ads Products PMs to understand dependencies and prioritize work across the team.
• Work with UX Design/Research to develop Reddit-unique ad experiences and drive launches.
• Partner with product marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategy and manage launches.
• Support ongoing improvements to existing ad formats to optimize user experience and advertiser outcomes.
