You will partner with Risk, Product, Finance, and Compliance leaders to drive KPIs such as loss rate, approval rate, and churn, while delivering scalable platforms, AI/ML risk capabilities, and compliant data flows.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering with leadership of multiple teams
• Proven success delivering large-scale risk, fraud, or payments platforms
• Deep experience aligning technology with risk KPIs

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise risk platform strategy and roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional programs impacting P&L, trust, and regulatory outcomes
• Partner with Risk, Product, Finance and Compliance to optimize risk decisions
• Drive real-time decisioning platforms and data governance
