Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to shape end-to-end customer experiences across personal finance products. Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX/UI/Product design experience, with staff-level experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
• Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design skills.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for Credit Karma engagement features and product vision.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs balancing user needs with business goals.
• Use research and data to inform design decisions and refine solutions.
• Mentor and guide other designers to elevate design practice across the team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data science partners to deliver scalable experiences.
