Intuit's Fintech team is improving the experiences that reduce churn, increase self-service and automation, and shape how customers navigate risk decisions. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution for Risk-related journeys, including customer communications, the early-tenure customer journey, the accountant experience, and customer case resolution flows. You'll help design a coherent experience across multiple teams and services and connect the customer-facing work with the agent-facing side of Risk through close collaboration with design partners.
