Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX/UI/Product design experience, incl. staff/senior staff; mobile app focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and ability to solve ambiguity.
• Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design with detail.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience driving user-centered processes with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of mobile design guidelines (Apple/HIG, Material).

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for engagement features; shape member journey and product vision.
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, accessible experiences.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs balancing user, business, and technical needs.
• Use research and data to inform decisions, test hypotheses, and refine solutions.
• Advocate for design excellence and accessibility; reflect brand and values.
• Contribute to and extend design systems for consistency and scale.
• Lead delivery of frameworks and end-to-end prototypes across platforms.
• Apply strategic thinking to multi-platform experiences optimizing user and business needs.
