Its technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning so that providers can focus on patient care while improving clinical quality and efficiency.### The roleThis is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Director of Product. You would own the end-to-end design of MEDvidi's AI Track, the core suite of AI-powered clinical tools where providers interact with model outputs in a regulated healthcare environment. Your scope covers provider-facing tools (Chart Review, AI Scribe, AI Receptionist), the patient portal, and internal operational systems, all web-based. Your design decisions directly shape how clinicians review, accept, and correct AI-generated notes, treatment plans, and recommendations.### What you would do* Own product design across your areas of the AI Track from problem definition through delivery, working with product managers and engineers and accepting the final build.* Design and iterate on human-AI interaction patterns, creating interfaces where providers verify, accept, edit, or reject model output, and bring those patterns to a state where other teams can reuse them.* Validate design decisions with users when needed, perform design acceptance with engineering, analyze post-release results, and feed learnings back into the product.* Contribute to the design system within product initiatives, turning solutions into reusable components in Storybook with tokens, naming, and documentation usable by both designers and AI code-generation agents.* Gather requirements independently by talking to providers, medical operations, and product managers, identifying problems, and bringing back a proposal without waiting for a PM brief.* Build functional prototypes in Claude Code or Cursor on the real codebase using production components, so prototypes go directly to engineering without redrawing.### What they are looking for* 6 or more years in product design, with a focus on complex work interfaces such as EHR, admin panels, CRM, or operational tools where specialists perform their core work.* Demonstrable experience designing human-AI interaction, specifically interfaces where users verify, accept, edit, or reject model output; 0-to-1 agentic product experience is ideal, but review-and-approval interfaces for automated decisions also qualify.* Hands-on prototyping in code using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) on an existing component library or codebase, not just design tools.* Track record of contributing to a design system within product work, shipping reusable components, tokens, and documentation as part of feature delivery.* Proven ability to gather requirements independently, finding problems, talking to users and stakeholders, and driving solutions to release without a mandated brief.* Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Russian.* Availability to work within CET-compatible hours.* Nice to have: experience in healthcare or telemedicine products, including familiarity with HIPAA and clinical compliance constraints.* Nice to have: experience leading a design team's transition to AI tools, including shared agent workflows and adoption across peers.* Nice to have: hands-on user research with specialist users such as doctors, nurses, or clinical operators.### Working arrangementsThis is a fully remote, long-term engagement structured under a B2B (contractor) model. Availability within CET-compatible hours is required.### Pay and benefits* 19 paid vacation days annually, 4 additional wellness days per year, and paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.* Health insurance after the probation period, plus sports and wellness compensation.* Personalized English lessons via Preply.* Gifts for key life events and offline corporate events.
