Contentsquare is seeking a staff-level product designer to lead Sense’s AI surfaces. You’ll own strategy and vision for this surface, collaborating with Product Management and engineering to shape the roadmap and deliver end-to-end experiences.

You’ll design for LLM/AI experiences, prototypes in code, and mentored teammates while aligning on business outcomes. This role blends high autonomy with cross-functional leadership across our hybrid/remote teams.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience, primarily in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on design experience shipping AI or agentic features (chat interfaces, memory, personalization).
• Ability to reason about underlying data models for interfaces.
• Track record of shipping zero-to-one work in ambiguous problems with business impact.

Responsabilités

• Own design for Sense Analyst, the object model, and inline visualisations from framing to shipped detail.
• Lead the experience strategy and roadmap for this product surface with Product Management.
• Work from data model up: define persistent objects and context across sessions for display to users.
• Set quality bar for AI output and how it’s versioned and evaluated with engineering.
• Partner with engineering on AI-driven workflows and trusted outputs.
• Review and mentor other designers to build judgement in AI-native spaces.
