Contentsquare is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer to lead the Sense Analyst surface, owning its strategy, object model, and inline visualisations. You will shape the roadmap in partnership with Product Management and set the bar for trustworthy AI outputs across sessions.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience in B2B SaaS, analytics or workflow tools.
• Hands-on design experience shipping AI or agentic features (chat, memory, personalization).
• Ability to reason about underlying data models and interfaces.
• Proven track record delivering zero-to-one work in ambiguous spaces.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, PM and other designers.

Responsabilités

• Own design for Sense Analyst and its object model and inline visualisations.
• Define the experience strategy and roadmap for the product surface with PM input.
• Work from data model to UI, ensuring memory and context carry across sessions.
• Set quality bars for AI outputs, versioning, and trustworthiness in collaboration with engineering.
• Partner with engineers on customer-facing AI workflows and trusted outputs.
• Review peers, mentor junior designers, and contribute to team judgment in AI spaces.
