Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a senior product designer to lead Sense Analyst and the related AI surfaces as a standalone product, owning strategy and vision from problem framing through shipped detail. You will shape the object model, inline visualisations, and the user experience across sessions.

You will collaborate with engineering, PM, and other designers to define patterns, set quality standards for trustworthy AI output, and drive zero-to-one work in ambiguous spaces with a strong business

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on design experience shipping AI features: chat interfaces, memory or personalization.
• Ability to reason about the underlying data model behind an interface.
• Extensive track record shipping zero-to-one work in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, PM, and other designers to reach a shared decision.
• Leadership and influence in product design teams.
• Experience designing for LLM and AI experiences, including prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own design for Sense Analyst, the object model, and inline visualisations from framing to shipped detail.
• Lead the experience strategy and vision for this product surface and shape its roadmap with PM.
• Work from data model up to ensure persistence, memory, and context across sessions for the user.
• Set the quality bar for AI-generated output and how it is versioned and evaluated with engineering.
• Partner with engineering on customer-facing agentic workflows and versioning/trust of AI output.
• Collaborate with other designers to review work, challenge assumptions, and mentor junior designers.
