Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a staff-level product designer to lead the Sense AI surfaces, owning strategy and vision for a novel product surface. You will define object models, inline visualisations, and how memory/context carry across sessions.

You will partner with engineering, PM, and other designers to set a high-quality bar for trustworthy AI outputs, and shape the roadmap for AI-native experiences across the product.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or analytics/workflow tools.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI or agentic features (chat interfaces, memory/personalization).
• Ability to reason about underlying data models for interfaces.
• Proven track record shipping zero-to-one work in ambiguous spaces with business outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills to align engineering, PM, and design.
• Experience designing for LLM/AI experiences, including prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own design for Sense Analyst, the object model, and the inline visualisations from framing to shipped detail.
• Lead experience strategy and vision for this product surface and shape its roadmaps with PMs.
• Define how memory and context carry across sessions and surface to users.
• Set quality standards for AI-generated outputs and versioning with engineering.
• Collaborate with engineers on AI-driven customer workflows and trust signals.
• Mentor and collaborate with other designers to build judgment in AI-native spaces.
