Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer to lead the design for Sense Analyst and its AI-driven surfaces. You will set strategy, own the object model and visualisations, and guide roadmap with Product Management.

You will work from data model to user experience, defining trust and versioning for AI outputs, while collaborating with engineers and other designers to elevate the product across the enterprise analytics space.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on design of AI or agentic features (chat, memory, personalization).
• Ability to reason about the underlying data model.
• Proven track record shipping zero-to-one work with business impact.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation with engineers, PMs, and designers.
• Leadership and influence.
• Experience designing for LLM and AI experiences, incl. prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own design for Sense Analyst, the object model, and inline visualisations, from framing to shipped detail.
• Lead the experience strategy and vision for this product surface and roadmap with PM.
• Work from the data model up: persistent objects, memory and context across sessions.
• Set the quality bar for AI-generated output and trust patterns.
• Partner with engineering on customer-facing agentic workflows and versioning.
• Collaborate with other designers to review work and mentor juniors.
