Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a staff-level product designer for Sense, leading AI surface design with ownership of strategy and roadmap. You will shape the object model, inline visualisations, and trust patterns across engineering and product teams.

You’ll work with designers, PMs, and engineers to push the boundaries of AI-native experiences, ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes in complex data environments.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience in B2B SaaS, ideally analytics or workflow tools.
• Hands-on design experience shipping AI or agentic features: chat interfaces, memory or personalization, trust patterns.
• Ability to reason about the data model underneath an interface.
• Proven ability to ship zero-to-one work in ambiguous problem spaces with business outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills across engineers, PMs, and designers.
• Leadership and influence in cross-functional settings.
• Experience designing for LLM and AI experiences, including prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own design for Sense Analyst, the object model, and the inline visualisations it returns, from problem framing to shipped detail.
• Lead the experience strategy and vision for this product surface, shaping its roadmap with Product Management.
• Work from the data model up: define persistent objects, memory across sessions, and how it surfaces to users.
• Set the quality bar for AI-generated output, including trustworthiness and versioning across engineering.
• Partner with engineering on customer-facing agentic workflows and how AI outputs are versioned and trusted.
• Review and mentor other designers; push thinking and build judgement in space.
