Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking an experienced product designer to lead the Sense Analyst surface, owning strategy and the vision for this AI-driven product area. You will shape its roadmap alongside Product Management, starting from data models to persistent object concepts and trusted AI outputs.

You will partner with engineering on workflows, ensure the quality of AI-generated outputs, and mentor/align other designers in the AI-native space to drive impactful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product designer with strong B2B SaaS background.
• Hands-on AI/agentic feature design experience (chat, memory, personalization).
• Ability to reason about underlying data models for UI surfaces.
• Track record shipping zero-to-one work in ambiguous problems with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own design for Sense Analyst and its object model and visualisations from framing to shipped details.
• Lead experience strategy/vision for the product surface and shape its roadmap with PMs.
• Work from data model upward, including memory/context across sessions.
• Set quality bar for AI-generated output, define trust patterns, versioning and validation with engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other designers on AI-native product areas.
