For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the design direction for complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple products and teams. You will partner closely with product and technical stakeholders to turn customer needs and constraints into clear, scalable experience solutions. The position calls for strong design leadership, deep craft, and the ability to influence product outcomes in an environment that values accessibility, ethical design, and AI-enabled experiences.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $190,000 – $240,000 annually
