Confidential, a remote-first company building AI-driven user experiences, seeks a Senior Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives for AI products. You will shape how users interact with intelligent systems and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership.

You will mentor designers, establish design patterns that communicate AI reasoning, confidence, and error recovery, and drive multi-team initiatives from problem framing to launch.

• Proven track record designing AI-powered products and handling unpredictable model behavior.
• Strong practical use of AI tools in the design process.
