For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape customer-facing digital experiences that support acquisition, engagement, and overall product quality. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, elevate the design system, and translate customer needs into intuitive, high-impact solutions.

The position blends strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, from early ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation. A strong emphasis is placed on UX, visual design, and using modern AI-enabled tools to accelerate workflow and improve outcomes.

You will influence how digital experiences are conceived, refined, and delivered across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,500 – $334,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design for customer-facing digital experiences from ideation to prototyping
• Own and enhance initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition and engagement
• Utilize AI tools in design phases to accelerate the process and improve outcomes

Qualifications
