  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products and develop new experiences that strengthen usability, engagement, and user satisfaction.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear design strategies, innovative concepts, and measurable project outcomes.
  • Create high-quality mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs to communicate recommendations and validate potential solutions.
  • Develop creative briefs that articulate project objectives, rationale, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Use qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and user testing to inform design decisions and refine experiences.
  • Contribute to product strategy, prioritization, and planning while influencing design decisions across different stages of development.
  • Apply AI-powered and agentic tools within design and project management workflows to improve efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
  • Take ownership of design initiatives, communicate progress transparently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional contributors.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, share design expertise, and help maintain high standards of execution across assigned product areas.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in product design, including 2 or more years in senior-level design positions at significant global consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects of varying complexity from proposal through execution and release.
  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills, with the ability to create polished mockups, prototypes, and clear design rationales.
  • A creative, quality-focused approach to solving challenging design problems and developing engaging user experiences.
  • Experience writing creative briefs that clearly communicate project goals, rationale, and success metrics.
  • Proficiency in qualitative research, quantitative analysis, experimentation, and user testing.
  • Ability to turn loosely defined challenges into actionable solutions supported by measurable objectives.
  • Familiarity with integrating agentic AI solutions into everyday design and project management workflows.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, combined with initiative and sound judgment.
  • Experience contributing to product prioritization, strategy, and user research throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Willingness to guide and support other designers while promoting consistent quality and strong design practices.
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule while maintaining an average commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to attend video meetings with cameras on and participate in approximately two company gatherings annually, including an all-hands meetup and a team retreat, each lasting around four to five days.
