Fastly is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape the next generation of user and developer experiences across the Edge Platform, Control Panel, and tooling. You will drive customer requirements and work with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful features.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product leadership, strong communication skills, and a focus on translating market needs into clear value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership.
• Clear, confident communicator able to present complex concepts to executives and customers.
• Strong ability to translate market problems into clear value and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for UX and developer experiences across the Fastly Control Panel, CLI and tooling.
• Define IAM, AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities with least privilege principle.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver access tooling to customers.
• Define and monitor success metrics using data-driven goals.
• Translate diverse industry use cases into precise product requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Collaborate with security engineering, infrastructure, customer support, and sales engineering to ensure seamless multi-tenant workflows.
